Settings reference

What every organisation setting does, section by section.

Everything here is per-organisation, under Settings in the app. A few sections are managed by your Syft admin (marked admin-managed) — you’ll see them but may not be able to edit them.

General

SettingWhat it does
Org slugYour organisation’s short identifier, used in webhook URLs and the inbound email address. Fixed at creation — it can’t be changed.
Display nameHow the organisation appears in the UI. Defaults to the slug if blank.
Enquiries inboxThe marketing enquiries email (e.g. enquiries@acme.com). This is the To address on the email enquiry link — where the customer’s email lands.
Internal email (transitional)An existing address that currently receives enquiries (e.g. sales@acme.com), added as a second To on the mailto link. Remove it once the enquiries inbox is fully live.
Lead code prefixShort prefix for lead references — a prefix of ACME produces ACME-000001, ACME-000002, … Defaults to the org slug.

Notification recipients

SettingWhat it does
Email notificationsMaster switch for automatic emails when leads qualify or need review (admin-managed).
RecipientsAdd team members and choose per person which alerts they get (qualified-lead alerts, review requests). Each lead sends one email per recipient.

Email branding

SettingWhat it does
LogoAppears in the header of notification emails. PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, max 2 MB.
Brand colourHex colour for the email header background and buttons.

Webhook secrets (admin-managed)

Each intake webhook (form, call tracking, email, import) authenticates with a secret embedded in its URL. Regenerating a secret invalidates the old URL — update the webhook in the source system straight after saving. The Setup Guide always shows URLs built from the current secrets.

Scoring thresholds

SettingWhat it does
BANT thresholdScore needed to qualify from a form or email (0–100, default 65).
Call thresholdScore needed to qualify from a phone call (0–100). Compared against the call score — see Call tracking.
Hot MQL thresholdScore at or above this flags the lead Hot (default 75).
Monthly MQL targetTarget number of qualified leads per month, shown on reports.
Auto-junk categoriesWhich call categories are automatically junked at arrival: recruitment, sales pitch, supplier, tender, wrong number, no conversation.
CTM tracking number mapLabels each call-tracking number with a named source (e.g. “Google Ads”, “Google My Business”) for reporting.

BANT scoring map

The full editor for your scoring map: every dropdown option and its points, per category.

  • Presets — load General (standard) or Training provider as a starting layout, then edit freely. Loading a preset replaces the current rows (nothing is saved until you press Save).
  • The 100 rule — the top option in each category must sum to exactly 100 across categories; the editor shows a live total and won’t let you drift.
  • Empty categories score 0 — a form that doesn’t ask about, say, role simply skips those points.
  • Wildcard rows — a * row scores any non-empty answer; shown in the editor as “any answer entered scores full points”.

Integrations & export (admin-managed)

SettingWhat it does
Slack webhook URLPosts a Slack message when a lead qualifies or is sent to sales.
Zapier webhook URLIf set, the manual “Send to Sheet” button on a lead POSTs its data here.
Export API keyAuthenticates the export API. Generate once, then use the pre-built Sheets formulas shown beneath it. Regenerating breaks existing formulas.
SettingWhat it does
Google Ads Account IDThe account running your ads (shown top-left in Google Ads).
Manager (MCC) IDOnly needed if the account sits under a manager account.
Restatement conversion actionYour existing tag-fired conversion — its value gets updated from zero to the real quote/order amount. The main integration.
MQL conversion actionUploaded automatically when a lead qualifies.
Quote / Won fallback actionsOptional — used only for leads without a transaction_id, creating a new conversion instead of restating.

Leave the whole section blank to disable the integration. Full walkthrough: Google Ads integration.
